    • The HFL-400-P is a purpose-built appliance designed to eliminate the possibility of a caregiver or patient injury when recovering from a fall.

The HFL-400-P is a patent-pending patient lift capable of lifting patients up to 400lb (HFL-550-P up to 550 lbs.) from the floor.  Designed to meet requirements of a professional healthcare environment the HFL-400-P's small footprint (26" by 28") is quickly and easily delivered to the point of any fall, turning most falls into immediately recoverable non-events! No one gets injured, the fallen or those assisting in the recovery.

The IndeeLift HFL is designed to meet the specifications and requirements of the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). The HFL lifts a fallen person from the floor and allows them to get up and walk away or to transfer directly to a wheelchair.

    Easy Portability:

The HFL is a portable lift that is rolled around on its wheels like a traditional dolly. The small footprint allows it to be used in many places other lifts just cannot go.  With a turning radius of 30 and 32” respectively, the HFL can go just about anywhere including all ADA accessible bathrooms.

    Mounting Ramp:

The HFL patent-pending design includes a mounting ramp seat that eliminates the need to ever "lift" a patient manually.  With no complex cradles or harness to configure the HFL allows fall recovery to be a straightforward and quick. One who has fallen can be up within one minute of scooting on to the HFL.

    Wired Remote Control:

The wired remote control has a 10’ (3m) retractile cord allowing the care provider the greatest flexibility while assisting the patient on to and up with the lift as necessary.

    Adjustable and Removable Rise-Assist handles

The comfortable armrests have been engineered to operate as Rise-Assist manages to provide leverage for the seated party to assist in the process of standing once they are up from the floor.

The HFL-400-P includes width-adjustable Rise-Assist handles to support almost all body sizes. The armrest/handles adjust from 20 inches to 28 inches in width to accommodate the largest of persons.  The handles are removable to allow a direct transfer to a wheelchair or other destination.

    Rechargeable Battery

The HFL-400-P comes standard with a rechargeable battery pack and a built-in charging system.  Low-battery indicators let the operator know when a charge is required.  The HFL-400-P will still operate multiple times after the charge indicator illuminates so that the operator can recharge the unit at a convenient time.

Charging of the HFL-400-P is accomplished by just plugging it into a standard AC power outlet.  The small footprint, light weight, and dolly design allow for positioning the HFL-400-P in even the tightest spaces with minimal effort.

  • Q: What is the HFL-300 & HFL-400's return policy?

The IndeeLift includes a 30 day trial of the unit. If the original purchaser determines that they are unable to use the system the HFL can be returned for a refund. Only a $25 restocking fee and return shipping are required to complete the HFL's return.

Who is the HFL-400-P designed and built for?

The HFL is intended to be the universal people picker-upper.

Whether age, disability, disease, or accident has left one unable to get up from the floor, IndeeLift is the answer to getting up while maintaining safety and dignity of one who has fallen and the caregiver.  The physically disabled, injured veterans, victims of accidents, and victims of many muscular debilitating diseases who are prone to falling with limited strength and the inability to get up now have a safe, practical answer to getting up without getting injured further.

The HFL-400-P and HFL-550-P are designed to be used in hospitals, skilled nursing, assisted living and long-term care or retirement facilities.

    How Does the Lift Work?

A caregiver rolls the HFL-400 to the location of the fall.

The fallen scoots onto the seat.

The caregiver activates the lift, raising the patient from the floor.

The lift raises the individual, in less than one minute, to a height where they can comfortably stand or transfer to a wheelchair or other surface.

How and Where is it Made?

IndeeLift HFL's are made in Livermore, CA U.S.A. with plated and powder-coated rugged solid steel components engineered for safety and durability.
