LiveOakMed’s general return period is within 30 days of delivery. Restocking fees may apply unless noted in the products description. Outside of this general return and restocking policy there are product specific requirements.

We provide a wide selection of different style products. With this range of products, users, and manufacturers each product can be governed by a specific requirement or regulation.
For example, hygienic and cross-contamination laws govern many of our products. These laws and LiveOakMed’s policy restricts returning items that have been opened and in bodily contact with the end user. This policy and these rules also may apply to those products used in the bathroom or worn by the customer.
We enforce and follow these product-specific regulations to protect our customers. This policy removes any possibility of our clients receiving an unhygienic product. In summary, products that you would be hesitant to purchase used will have a particular return policy. Those products that are deemed unable to be returned can and will not be acceptable for return.

The return process for items acceptable for return:
They must have all of their original parts, packaging, manuals, and warranties in a resalable, like-new condition.
Contact us directly via phone, chat, or e-mail for return authorization. Please have your original LiveOakMed order number available to begin the return process.
After contacting LiveOakMed and determining it falls within its policy, we will quickly provide return authorization and instructions. This return authorization includes an RA# and the appropriate return shipping instructions. Without the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package processing and inspecting the return is impossible.
The return’s instructions will include an appropriate address for shipment. We recommend shipping a method that would provide a tracking number. LiveOakMed doesn’t cover the charge for the return’s shipment. (Except when your order was damaged during delivery. For that instance, please find more information below.)
Once the return has shipped, received, and inspected we will apply a credit to your original form of payment. In situations where the product has been determined to be outside of its return policy (damaged, worn, incomplete, or in an unlike new condition) credit will be unavailable. If the return meets its particular policy, at this point the order’s restocking fee would be applied directly to the credit.

Purchases made under $30 cannot be accepted for return. The costs associated with returning items below $30 are unsustainable. This, of course, is for items that have not been damaged during their delivery.
Please inspect your order’s packaging once it has been delivered. If you find damage or any issues with its condition, please contact us directly. We can quickly start and manage the replacement procedure.
Please notify us within 48 hours of the damaged order’s delivery. If we do not receive notification within 48 hours, we are unable to start processing a replacement.
We will dispatch a replacement, and we will arrange with our freight carrier the retrieval and return shipment of the damaged item.
Canceling an order following its processing will result in restocking fees. Many of our items are processed and shipped within a business day. If the order has been handled by one of our warehouses and shipped, restocking fees would be included in the refund to cover this service. These restocking fees cover the cost of processing, preparing, and shipping the order. Please contact us as soon as possible after your order has been placed to cancel.
