We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Outside The U.S.?" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
International orders cannot be returned - all sales are final with International orders. We have a return policy on domestic (US) orders, but this is unfortunately not possible for International orders. LiveOakMed will purchase shipping insurance on all international orders to cover any damages that may occur to your order during its shipment.
If on delivery your order has been damaged, notify us as soon as possible after its delivery. We will file an insurance claim with our third party service so that the damaged items can be quickly replaced. If a product is returned as unclaimed on an international shipment, shipping fees and product restocking fees will apply. International customers are responsible for their order's customs, taxes, and levies which may be assessed by the local government upon the importation of the product into the customers' respective country.
