Q: Are there any discounts available for the HFL?

Q: What is the IndeeLift HFL-300 & HFL-400's return policy?

The IndeeLift includes a 30 day trial of the unit. If the original purchaser determines that they are unable to use the system the HFL can be returned for a refund. Outbound freight is included free with the purchase of the HFL but return shipping is not included. 


Q: Does my private or public insurance cover the cost of the HFL?

To receive reimbursement, receive a referral or prescription from your primary care physician. Then present this referral or prescription with IndeeLift product information to your insurance provider for evaluation. In the past, our customers have received reimbursements for the purchase of their HFL system. Their reimbursement amount depends on their coverage and their medical need. Unfortunately, we are not privy to the specific details of these cases. We strongly recommend contacting your private or public provider for further information.


Q: What assembly is required?

The IndeeLift HFL requires minimal assembly before use. After removing the HFL from its packing one only needs to install the lift's two wheels and charge the unit. To charge the unit, position the HFL near a standard three-prong power outlet. Attach the female end of the battery charger to the HFL's battery pack and attach the male end of the charger to the power outlet.


Q: How is the HFL Powered?

The HFL is powered by a rechargeable battery pack. It takes approximately 8 hours to fully charge the battery pack. From a full 100% charge, the HFL can perform approximately 10 lifts. This number of lifts depends on the weight of the user.


Q: How fast can it be shipped?

The HFL is shipped strictly via FedEx Ground. Typically it will require 1 business day for the HFL to be prepared to ship. FedEx ground delivery can vary between 2-7 business days depending on your location. We can provide a more accurate delivery estimate by request.


Q: What is the IndeeLift HFL's warranty?

The HFL is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty. The warranty ensures the original purchaser that their HFL and its components will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This includes, free of charge, repairing or replacing any defective components or the whole HFL if necessary. Shipping charges may apply. If a total replacement is necessary, the manufacturer may at its discretion provide the latest model, which meets or exceeds the specifications of the product to be replaced.
