According to a recent study from the University of Cambridge, a brisk 20 minute walk each day may be enough to reduce your risk of early death by as much as half.
Cambridge's study of 344,000 European men and women concluded that there were double as many deaths attributable to lack of physical activity rather than obesity.
Researchers also found that a small boost in daily activity can make an enormous difference.
