Water is extremely important for healthy digestion and the necessary reactions in the body.

Aging can sometimes impair your ability to sense thirst so it can be essential to get in the habit.  

Other healthy beverage options include: 

  • Iced Tea
  • 100 % Fruit Juice
  • Unsweetened Ice Tea

And a diet full of fresh fruit and vegetables is both healthy hydrating.  

Be sure to limit Sports drinks, soda, and alcohol they are all high sources of empty calories and little to no hydration.
