A short time ago U.S. News & World Report put together a group of leading health and nutrition experts to determine their annual Best Diets for 2015. This panel of experts ranked the diets not strictly from weight loss, but also if the diets were easy to follow, heart healthy, and good for controlling diabetes.
Two of the collected experts also presented to U.S. News which of the ranked diets are a best fit for Seniors.
In the Best Diets for Seniors feature Amy Campbell,a registered dietitian , and Michael Davidson, director of preventive cardiology at the University of Chicago Medical Center, offer fantastic analysis on each of the diets and how they can aid a senior's specific nutritional needs.
