The Ageless Grace program is designed for preventive maintenance and restorative process to keep you feeling both vibrant and young.
Ageless Grace's creators identified 21 different aging factors, or tools to work on..
These tools or factors include include better balance, improved cognitive function spinal flexibility, and more.
Carol Gerson a Certified Ageless Grace Educator demonstrates Ageless Grace's skill number 15 "Balancing Act" below.
Gerson describes Ageless Grace best as a combination of "medicine, neuroscience, physical therapy, fitness, and martial arts".
