Optimistic Attitude, Healthier Heart!

A new study has found that adults with an optimistic outlook have twice the chance of a healthy heart versus their more pessimistic equivalents.

The 5,000 Adult study took place at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for the American heart Association.
